If You Were Wrong
Like a true artist, Ken always heard something in the song that never sat quite right with him, and with the enormous leaps in technology and recording equipment, he decided to breathe new life into it and take it somewhere else.
Ken explains, “It occurred to me that ‘If You Were Wrong’ was a great choice for a 20th anniversary song due to both approaches melding acoustic and electronic elements. On this new version the equipment has changed, the people around me have changed, and I am twenty years older, yet the song still seems as relevant as it was when it was originally written and recorded.”
Ken Tizzard, from Newfoundland, living in Campbellford, Ontario, writes songs and makes records. Bassist for The Watchmen, Ron Hynes, Thornley/(ex) Big Wreck. Currently working on a new album with the new band Ken Tizzard and Music For Goats with Neill Lucy and Ken Grant.
