PSEUDOSÉANCE is a one-man electronic music project created by Jackson Tammer. Hailing from Hamilton, Ontario, Jackson has been making music under several pseudonyms since he was just 13 years old. Now, at the age of 29, he has developed an eclectic-electric sound with inspirations ranging from Daft Punk to Tame Impala. PSEUDOSÉANCE aims to blend genres under an energetic electronic label.
The first full-length LP from PSEUDOSÉANCE is entitled E(NV)Y, which started to take form in 2024 and has now been released a full year later. Consisting of 12 tracks, it’s sounds range from crunchy guitar riffs to plucky piano tunes. There’s a little bit of everything for fans. The album aims to ensnare listeners with catchy grooves and experimental song structure, culminating in a unique blend of electronica. PSEUDOSÉANCE is now looking to start putting on local shows as they work on their second release. Keep an ear out for PSEUDOSÉANCE as they have lots of ambition going forward in the independent music scene.
