Celebrating Brodie and The Casbah Jan 21 2025 @ The Casbah

For 20+ years, Brodie has been putting together shows and supporting the indie music scene. Countless bands have come and gone through the doors of the Casbah and owe their beginnings to Brodie. No other club in the city has been able to embrace a diverse array of events and all mediums of music and art forms quite like the Casbah has; including but not limited to indie music, internationally acclaimed acts, open mics, burlesque, drag shows, hip hop, metal, country, tribute acts, goth nights, DJ dance parties, book launches, children’s recitals, celebrations of life, weddings and more.

To kick off our final week of events at the Casbah, we are celebrating Brodie and the Casbah and everything that he’s done for the Hamilton music scene, locally and abroad. Please join us on Tuesday, January 21st in the main hall for a night of celebration, community and love. There will be cards available to write your thanks and share memories. Catering and snacks will be provided by Sammy Squid.

Come celebrate one of the last truly independent music venues and one of the greatest indie clubs to grace Canada’s music community.
